This notice covers the promotional website at smoke.paybotx.org and its demo request form. Linked software applications and company websites operate separately and may have their own privacy notices.

What the form collects

We collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number, business type, role, location count, state or market, message and permission to contact you. A request reference, submission time, consent-notice version and keyed hash of the submitting network address are stored with the request.

Why we use it

PAYBOTX uses this information to review your inquiry, prepare a relevant demonstration, respond and discuss your software requirements. Submitting the form does not enroll you in email or text marketing campaigns and does not make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Storage and access

Requests and temporary form-session data are stored in this website’s dedicated database. Authorized staff may review requests to follow up. There is no public directory of submissions. The form does not automatically send an email notification or share the inquiry with a regulatory tracking provider.

Cookies, logs and external services

A necessary secure session cookie protects the form and displays your confirmation. Temporary session data expires after two hours of inactivity. The keyed network-address hash helps limit repeated submissions; the web server may separately keep standard access logs. The website does not use advertising trackers or browser local storage. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the normal network information needed to serve those files. Links to reference applications open separate website sessions.

Requests about your information

For questions, corrections or a request to delete submitted information, contact mark@paybotx.com. Include the demo request reference if you have it. Requests are retained for business follow-up and administration; the site does not automatically delete lead records on a fixed schedule.

Keep sensitive records out of this form

Please do not send payment card information, passwords, government IDs, patient records, customer lists or other sensitive operational data. The form is intended for business software inquiries.
